In most cases where commercial customer's ovens cannot be completed on site a <u>loan oven</u> is issued so that the customer can continue their business without any inconvenience. We repair all domestic microwave ovens in the customer's own home on our first visit where this is possible.<br> <br> Emergency calls come from many major retailers, manufacturers and insurance companies. Customers can call here themselves to leave ovens for repair or service (and there are no parking restrictions!), or we are just as happy to visit them on a call out. We are central to the major northwest motorways and our response time is very good  i.e. the same, or next day for commercial calls, and within 36 hours for domestic (home) calls.
