Microserve have now been in business for well over 18 years specialising in the service and repair of both domestic and commercial microwave ovens. During this time we have built a good working relationship with over seventeen thousand satisfied customers.

Our service area extends from Preston to all of Blackpool and the Fylde Coast, Southport, Wigan, Blackburn, and north almost to Lancaster, (most of the north west).

Above is Lee, one of our field service engineers off on a days calls. In most cases where commercial customer's ovens cannot be completed on site a loan oven is issued so that the customer can continue their business without any inconvenience. We repair all domestic microwave ovens in the customer's own home on our first visit where this is possible.

Emergency calls come from many major retailers, manufacturers and insurance companies. We keep a comprehensive range of common spare parts and many are carried on our vehicles so that on-site repairs can be completed on the first visit.

You will find that our reception staff are both very helpful, and willing to answer any questions or queries you may have.

Microserve operate from a service centre at Lostock Hall near Preston. Customers can call here themselves to leave ovens for repair or service (and there are no parking restrictions!), or we are just as happy to visit them on a call out. We are central to the major northwest motorways and our response time is very good  i.e. the same, or next day for commercial calls, and within 36 hours for domestic (home) calls. Microserve also sell other equipment to trade, both new, and reconditioned second user.
